Offspring of Ex- South African Head of State Jacob G Zuma Refutes Terror Accusations as Trial Commences
The child of previous South African Head of State Jacob Zuma has pleaded not guilty to terror-linked allegations at the commencement of her trial in the port city of Durban city.
The defendant, 43 years old, is being charged over remarks she published on digital networks in the past during violent protests in South Africa that followed the detention of her dad.
A seven-day period of disorder in several parts of the country in mid-2021, including plundering and fire-setting, resulted in at least three hundred killed and led to damage worth an approximate $2.8bn (£2.2 billion).

Her legal team has maintained that the proof presented by government lawyers is inadequate and lacks concrete grounds for a conviction.
